The normal operation of CT can bring good social and economic benefits for the hospital. In this paper, through the Toshiba Super4 CT ASTEION of our hospital to ignore the failure of the machine maintenance and lead to conclusions: regular machine maintenance, to eliminate the hidden trouble, can effectively reduce the CT failure rate. 随着现代医疗影像 不断发展，Ｃ Ｔ对于 临床诊断发挥着越来越重要的作用。Ｃ Ｔ机 的正常运行能为 医院带来 良好的 社会效益和经济效益。本文通过我院东芝ＡＳＴ ＥＩＯ ＮＳ ｕｐｅ ｒ 4 Ｃ Ｔ
几个因 忽视机器保养而引 发的故障 得出 结论：
定期做机器保养，消除 故障隐患，能有效降 低ＣＴ故障率。
一、东芝ＡＳＴ Ｅ

故障 分析 4例说明保养和 维护 重要性在维修过程中，遇到 的一些故障是 因 为保养的 不及时 引 起的故障；这些故障其实完全可以避免，很多 时候，一个简单的机器保养就可 以避免 出 现的 问题，却 导致科室停机 叫修。现通过我院东芝Ａ ＳＴＥＩＯＮＳ ｕｐｅ ｒ 4 ＣＴ几个故障案例来说 明保养对ＣＴ正常 运行的重要性。
（一）
故障 描述：
点击扫 描计划 机器 出现扫 描框，扫描灯不 亮。
（1）
前期 准备：通过查看相 关手册，初 步怀 疑通讯问题或者软件问题。
（2）维修过程：点击扫 描计划，机器扫 描灯不亮，感觉球馆转动 缓慢。打开机架后，观察发现球??馆未停在初始位置，按ＧＴＳ板，复位，ＧＴ Ｓ板无报错信息，显示8 8，点击操作面板球馆复位键，球馆缓慢旋转，停止在任意位置，打开后盖检测 旋转光耦，无异常，只是灰尘较大，用吹 风机吹干净后，机器正常。
（3）维修结论：
由于天气干燥，灰尘是最大的 敌人，由于没有定期 点检，保养，导致旋转光耦 被??灰尘挡住，引起球管旋转过程中找不到位置。
（二）
故障描述：机器扫 描过程 中，机器重建不出 图像，无报错，停在扫描界面。

阅读 相关 手册后，怀疑重建柜问题。
